Kim's Story

Kim is a Master Healer, accomplished multi-sport athlete , and a leader in Education and Holistic Health Studies with over 25 years of hands on experience fixing injuries and helping thousands live pain free. She is one of the most regarded YAMUNA Instructors in Orange County. 

Kim's unique understanding of how the body works provides her students with the knowledge to fix and align themselves through simple but effective low impact non strenuous techniques.  The results allow the body to align and function as it was designed.  Kim has helped thousands break from pain and regain function and mobility in their jobs, lives and sports.
