The Body Balance Method 48-Hour Certification Program - All Four Modules

The Body Balance Method offers a blend of 30 years of practical experience and education.  Are you a healer, bodyworker, massage therapist, personal trainer, PT, Chiropractor, yoga or fitness instructor, gym owner, or educator in the healing arts? Four Modules - 12 Hours Per Module

We go structural alignment first, then soft-tissue fascial patterns and muscle in order to find lasting results for our clients. “Structure rules the function of the body”. 

Module 1  

Healer Heal Thyself - 12 Hours, Investment $400

-First Thing is First! - We have to heal ourselves of injury and pain, integrate the work into our own bodies, and permanently resolve our old patterns first.  Let's face it, burnout and repetitive strain injury can happen while we're helping others.  And so we've developed this transformational course in order to help you live a pain-free life, and allow you to do all the things you love to do for as long as you'd like to do them.  During Mod 1 you'll discover simple tools and techniques to be practiced consistently in order to heal and protect yourself from burnout and injury.  This course is for anyone who wishes to delve deep into their own healing work, as well as for bodyworkers, massage therapists, healers, instructors, educators, chiropractors, PTs, personal trainers, coaches, gym owners, and athletes wishing to enhance athletic performance.  

Module 2 

Table and Mat Treatment - Lower Body - 12 Hours, Investment- $400.00

We will be addressing the following Injuries specific to the lower body:

  • -Pelvis mal-alignments
  • -hip pain and mal-alignment
  • -sciatica
  • -SI joint pain
  • -low back pain, hip flexor issues, and lordosis
  • -IT band pain
  • -Knee issues, mal-alignments and pain
  • -ankle issues, instability and pain
  • -Foot issues as plantar fasciitis, Morton’s Neuroma, Achilles tendonitis and bunions

Module 3 

Table and Mat Treatment - Upper Body - 12 Hours, Investment $400.00

We will be addressing the following Injuries specific to the upper body:

  • -pelvis and up through the low back, lordosis, bulging disks and low back pain
  • -Mid-back pain and how to treat scoliosis
  • -upper spine and cervical neck issues
  • -thoracic outlet syndrome
  • -rotator cuff injury
  • -tennis elbow
  • -carpal tunnel syndrome

Module 4

Specific routines per common injuries - 12 Hours, Investment $400.00

This Module is specific to the most common injuries we encounter with our students and clients on a daily basis.  We'll get straight into the key points and routines you'll be teaching your clients, students, and family members in order to permanently resolve common injuries such as: Plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, bunions, Morton's neuroma, ankle issues and Mal-alignments, knee issues and pain, SI Joint Pain, Sciatica, Low-Back pain, Spinal - lordosis, kyphosis, and scoliosis, bulging discs, why the chronically tight hip-flexors, The Rotator Cuff, TMJ, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel and repetitive strain injury of the hands and wrists.  

With Body Balance Method we get right to the root source of pain and injury - these fast effective (specific to injury) routines are a true game-changer!
